Sugar Rush!
Vanilla cupcakes with blue vanilla frosting, topped off with a matching blue peep!
These were so much fun to make! Using a different piping tip on the cupcakes added a little bit of variety to the mix.
✔Goal for the next batch- Find blue sugar to match what's on the marshmallow peep, and cover up the sides that were ripped apart from each other.

Love, Chocolate and Cake
All you need is love. But a little chocolate now and then doesn't hurt.
-Charles M. Schulz
This week I looked to Pinterest for a little inspiration on designing my cupcakes. I found this really neat pin that showed a heart in the middle of the entire cupcake! Although my attempt isn't nearly as great as the pin, they all turned out fairly well and were delicious!
Some helpful hints for you (that I wish I knew!)
♥To make the heart for the inside of your cupcake, use a cookie cutter, much smaller than the cupcake pan you are using. A bigger heart can take up the whole tin, and the outer batter wont shape right.
♥When you're making the chocolate toppers for your cupcakes, invest in Wilton Candy Melts® chocolate. DO NOT USE fondue chocolate wafers, or baking chocolate chips you found in the pantry.
♥The cookie cutter you choose should make it easy for you to pop the cake out of. Don't choose a cutter that has rigged edges that your cake can get stuck in.
All information on how to bake the heart into your cupcakes can be found here!
